Finance firm aims to bring invoice discounting to life

A UK-based provider of financing arrangements to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) is aiming to bring invoice discounting to life through a new and improved online portal.

Bosses at the Venture Finance company have suggested that its website makeover is designed to highlight more clearly the challenges SMBs face and how factoring and invoice discounting solutions can help.

Services provided by Venture Finance allow businesses to make use of the value of their outstanding invoices and its newly designed web presence is said to reflect the company's "straightforward approach", Creditman reports.

Director of Venture Finance Steve Websdale commented: "As often the first port of call for potential new business we wanted our website to closely reflect the key objectives of the company, as well as be a shop window for our products and services."

Having boosted the number of clients on its books over the course of 2006, Venture Finance now claims to have assisted the funding efforts of thousands of different businesses around the UK.
